In the morning, you’re welcomed with a splendid breakfast of ackee, green callaloo, tomatoes confit and salt fish served alongside yellow yam and plantains cooked in a spiced broth. This is accompanied by fresh orange juice blends, and seasonal fruits like watermelon, pineapple, mango, papaya.
For those with a sweet tooth, try crepes filled with the signature Anton Jam, served with an herb omelet soufflé. And, of course, one cannot forget a smooth cup of coffee made from the coffee beans from Jamaica’s famous Blue Mountains.
After spending a day hiking The Anton’s mountain top or at one of Portland’s pristine beaches, return to a delectable, well-curated dinner.
